Policies

  1. At least 24h are required if you have to cancel or rearrange an appointment. Filling in late cancellation is nearly impossible at short notice and no shows do really affect my small business.

  2. For less than 24h cancellation or a no show there will be 50% charge that needs to be paid in full before new appointment can be made.

  3. If appointment will be moved couple of times you might be asked to pay a half of your appointment value to secure new booking in the future.

  4. If you book a longer appointments or you are new client , you might be might be asked to pay half treatment value to secure booking. Please note that this is non refundable in case of no show or less than 24h cancellation.

  5. Lateness more than than 10 minutes might affect your treatment. I will do my very best to deliver full treatment however might need to amend if possible or move your appointment to different day. Please note that you will be charged per original appointment booked.

  6. Due nature of business and insurance purposes no visitors / children are allowed in the premises.

  7. Patch test are required up to 24/48 h prior to your appointment time, depending on the treatment ( tints , all lash extensions, lash lift , PMU).

    I will always make you aware of them when you will try book in and offer to book you in for one in good time gap from your treatment.

  8. If you book in for more than one treatment and decide on a day to not go ahead with everything you booked in for ,please note that you will be charged per original appointment booked due to time being already reserved for you.

  9. Aesthetic treatments are no guarantee of satisfactory or pleasing results. Everyone’s results vary.

  10. Gift vouchers are valid for 6 months after purchase date and they wont be accepted after that time.
